I’ve spent more than 20 years working with people, leaders, and businesses, and one thing I’ve learned is that I genuinely enjoy helping people figure things out.
Sometimes that means solving a problem, sometimes it’s looking at a process that isn’t working, helping a leader navigate a difficult situation, or simply sitting down with someone who has a great idea and helping them figure out what comes next.
I don’t believe consulting should be about walking into your business and pretending to know better than you do. You know your business. My job is to listen, ask good questions, bring another perspective, share what I know, and work through it with you.
That’s why I started SJM Partnership Consulting. I wanted to create a place where people could have real conversations, talk through what they’re trying to accomplish, and have someone in their corner who genuinely wants to help them succeed.
